learn the art of entertaining in style with the minimum of stress, our hands on classes and
demonstrations offer something for everyone.

Cookery Days begin at 9.30am with welcoming coffee and finish around 4.00pm. The cost is £120
which is inclusive of refreshments throughout the day, lunch with wine, all cookery ingredients and a
folder brimfull of delicious recipes and chef's tips to take home.
